What is an MLS?
An MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a platform where real estate brokers publish their properties. When you publish on an MLS, your listing is automatically distributed to multiple real estate portals, including Findit, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and Homes.com. This means that with a single publication, your property reaches thousands of potential buyers.
