This house in Arroyo, Puerto Rico is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house just 200 feet (less than a block) from the town of Arroyo's public beach and pier, the center of activity in Arroyo. When entering the property one enters the front porch. To the left of the porch is a building that was a food stand in the past and is now empty. From the front porch one enters the living room of the house. A hallway along the left side of the house leads to the rest of the house. The first room to the right when proceeding down the hallway is the first bedroom. After the first bedroom one comes to the open design kitchen. Off the back left of the kitchen is the bathroom. After the kitchen down the hallway to the right is the second bedroom. The last/third bedroom is at the end of the hallway. There is a back porch off the third bedroom and 40 square foot concrete pad in the back yard that used to be a storage shed. Water and electric is all functioning in the house. The house is empty of most furniture and is a "blank slate" for remodeling to a Buyer's desire. The property is in a fabulous location just steps from the Arroyo public beach and pier known in Spanish as the “Malecon de Arroyo”. This area has a great family friendly atmosphere with many activities from boating, fishing, restaurants, nightlife, and much more. The town of Arroyo also hosts special events in the Malecon de Arroyo throughout the year.
