Selling my office in Pico Center, at 120 C. Condado in San Juan. It's on the third floor, it's 1020 square feet, and is currently divided into four offices, a storage/records room, and reception area. There's central AC with a smart Ecobee thermostat, two new smart window unit ACs, one ceiling fan, mostly LED lighting, etc. The building entrance and elevator were just renovated, one assigned parking spot is included, there are two bathrooms (male and female) on the floor, there are only two other businesses on the same floor, there's a cistern, and a generator for common areas. The front entrance uses a new keypad, and tele entry will be installed soon. Currently two of the offices are rented out month to month, and the new owner could keep the tenants, or they could be given the standard 30 day notice.
