Agricultural farm located in the beach area of Añasco. It consists of 82.98 cuerdas of land (80.57 acres). Some of the uses that may be given to this property are: Agricultural activities, fishing, ornamental plants, animal husbandry, agricultural estates, processing and manufacturing of agricultural products, medicinal, aromatic, energy-related products, or derivatives thereof, authorized by the DA. Agri-tourism lodging. Short-term supplementary lodging. Bed and breakfast. Apiaries and aquaculture. Raising of livestock, poultry, domestic animals, and game animals. Agro-tourism and eco-tourism lodging facilities must comply with the Design Guidelines for Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism Facilities of the Tourism Company, as well as the Green Design Guidelines to prequalify as green design projects, as provided in Chapter 3.3. Processing and packaging of agricultural products produced on the farm or on neighboring farms. Production of crops, forage, and forests for timber production, vegetables, ornamental plants, and medicinal plants. Renewable energy project. Agroecological planting or cultivation. Location of manufacturing, production, product distribution, and medical cannabis laboratory facilities, while maintaining agricultural use as the primary use. Uses closely related or complementary to crops or livestock activities carried out as a principal use of the farm, including, among others, the packaging, storage, and sale of products harvested on the farm or neighboring farms. Meat shall not be considered a product harvested on the farm. Second-floor dwelling. Dwelling for one (1) or two (2) families.
